Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is located in the south of the Occitanie region where our vines flourish and come alive under a Mediterranean climate that is generous in sun and marine influences. The Via Domitia, ancient Roman road runs along our 45ha of vineyards. Well-established family farm in the winemaking environment for 4 generations, it is Lionel Boutié who today perpetuates this work begun a long time ago. In 1999 he decided to convert all of his vineyard to Organic Farming. We mainly produce white grape wines; red and rosé, but also some assemblages of red IGP Pays d'Oc. Our goal: to aim for the fruit, the freshness, the roundness of a wine. Our approach is a qualitative, sustainable, global and resolutely environmental.
