A charming little cellar and the "Vendanges de la Violette".

A family-run vineyard. The yields on this small estate are low, ranging between 9 to 25 hl/ha. Grown with respect for the soil and the vine: organic fertilisation, short pruning size, green harvesting. The estate has 12.5 hectares with Fitou, Muscat and Rivesaltes appellations. Majority Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan grape varieties.
